Dark Forest Press LLC is an indie press in the Pacific Northwest cooked up by J.W. Donley. J.W. wanted to dive in and help get more books on shelves that he wanted to see out in the world.

This means DFP focuses on the darker side of things: horror, weird, bizarro, dark lit, and even non fiction of varied interest.

DFP wants to publish weird stuff, beautiful stuff, and dark stuff while also focusing on putting out a book readers want to hold and display on their shelves.

Yes, the most important part of the book experience is the story and content, but it is also the tactile and visual. DFP strives to put out something to be proud of for all involved in the creation of the final product.
